View Bill

User can view bill for defined bill cycles using this module.

Note:     This module is available only for Postpaid users.

To view bill for a defined bill cycle:

1.      On the Home screen, click My Account Information > View Bill. The View Bill screen appears.

2.      Select Invoice Account in the Invoice type drop-down list. The Phone Number field is replaced by Billing Period field.

3.      Select required billing period in the billing period drop-down list.

4.      Click View bill details to proceed to the next screen. The View bill details screen is displayed

5.      Hover the cursor on Download button to view the list of output formats available for the bill. The available output formats are: CSV and PDF.

6.      Click on the format to download the bill.

7.      Click Back to go back to the previous screen.
