Upload Identification Proof

To upload identification proof:

1.      On the home screen, click Activate & De-Activate Services > Register SIM Card. The Register SIM Card screen is displayed.

2.      Click Upload passport photo and copy of ID in the Customer information section to upload identification proof documents. The Document Type pop-up screen is displayed

3.      Select the document type in the Document type field. The available document types are Photo ID, Photograph and Registration Form.

4.      Click Submit.

A web page message is displayed.

To abort the upload process click Cancel.

Or

To continue the upload process and redirect to document screen, click OK.
