This section enables the user to interact with the customer care executive in different ways. The user can connect to a customer care executive using the following options: · Web Chat: The user can use this option to chat with customer care executive. · MTN Kitwe Office: The user can connect to a customer care executive by phone, dialling the number provided tin the section MTN Kitwe Office. · Email: The user can connect to a customer care executive via email. The email id is provided in this section. |

This section allows the user to view news related to MTN Zambia. To view news click on the MTN News section. |
Current Promotions |
The user can view available promotions in this section (numbered as 4 in the MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen). To view the promotions, click View in the respective promotion. For more information on the promotions contact customer care executive |
