SIM Swap

The SIM swap module allows the user to replace the old SIM with a new one.

To perform a SIM swap:

1.      On the home screen click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > SIM Swap. SIM swaps screen is displayed.

2.      Enter the required information in the corresponding fields. For field description click here.

3.      Click Submit to process the request for SIM swap.

Or

Click Reset to clear all the fields.

Or

Click History to see the past SIM swap activities.
