The content is written based on Uganda SCP and Zambia SCP in local environment.

The Register SIM Card screen allows the subscriber to update their existing record that has .

To update the records in the Register SIM Card screen:

1.      On the home screen, click Activate & De-Activate Services > Register SIM Card. The Register SIM Card screen is displayed.

The sections available in the Register SIM Card screen are:

–        Customer information

–        Contact information

–        Other information

–        Address information

Note:     Subscriber can upload identification proof in customer information section.

To view the information in each section, click.

2.      Edit the required information in the fields under each section.

3.      Click Update to save the changes.
