Personal and service information

The Personal & Service Information module displays the details on the following:

· On the Home screen, click My Account Information > Personal And Service Information. The Personal and service information screen is displayed.

Personal Information
Personal details
Title	The title of the subscriber
First Name	The first name of the subscriber.
Middle Name	The middle name of the subscriber.
Last Name	The last name of the subscriber.
Phone Number	The contact number of the subscriber.
Registration Date	The date of registration of the subscriber.
Tariff Plan	The tariff plan associated with the service account of the subscriber
Technical Information
PUK1 Number	The code to unblock PIN1.
PUK2 number for GSM service	The code to unblock PIN2
PIN1 number for GSM service	The pin code 1 for the service.
PIN2 number for GSM service	The pin code 2 for the service
SIM number	Displays the SIM number.
HLR profile ID	Displays the HLR profile ID.
IMSI number	Displays the IMSI number
Technical features	The checked boxes against each service indicates the technical features active.
Roaming Status	Indicates the roaming status of the subscriber.

Primary email	The primary e-mail id of the subscriber.
Secondary email	The secondary e-mail id of the subscriber.
Telephone (Home)	The home telephone number of the subscriber.
Telephone (Work)	The work telephone number of the subscriber.
Fax (Work)	The work fax number of the subscriber.
Alternate contact number	Alternate contact number of the subscriber.
Address details
Address 1 to 3	Displays the locality of the subscriber.
City	Displays the city of the subscriber.
Country	Displays the country of the subscriber
District	Displays the district of the subscriber
Post Box	Displays the post box of the subscriber
Street	Displays the street of the subscriber.
Area	Displays the area of the subscriber.
Subscriber registration documents
Document details
Document received	Indicates if the documents are received by the operator or not.
Document received date	Indicates the date when the documents are received by the operator.
Document verified	Indicates if the documents are verified after receiving or not.
Value added services
Offer description	Indicates the Value Added Services offer on the service account of the subscriber.
Activated date	Indicates the date when the offer was activated.
Expiry date	Indicates the expiry date of the offer.
Status	Indicates if the status of the offer is active or inactive.
Deposits
Deposit description	Displays a brief description of the deposit made
Deposit amount	Displays the amount deposited.
