PIN Registration and PIN reset

Users can create a PIN for verification purpose in SIM swap activity and reset it when required using this module.

Note:     This module is applicable only for Prepaid users.

To view the PIN Registration and PIN reset module:

·        On the home screen click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > PIN Registration and PIN reset. PIN registration screen is displayed

The PIN registration screen has two options. The options are:

–        PIN registration and PIN authorization

–        PIN reset
