New users can log in using the option I am a new customer in Login section of the Welcome Screen.
To log in using I am a new customer option:
1. Select I am a new customer in the Login section. Self enrollment screen appears.
2. Enter your phone number in the Enter phone number field.
3. Enter your preferred e-mail id in the E-mail id field. This step is optional.
4. Enter the security code in Enter security code displayed above field. The code must be same as displayed in the image above the field.
5. Click Back to go back to MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen.
Or
Click Reset to clear the values.
Or
Click Submit to receive to register the mobile number for the application.
A confirmation message is displayed on registering successfully.
An e-mail/SMS is sent to your e-mail id/ mobile number with the login details.
6. Click on Here in the confirmation screen or e-mail to redirect the page to MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen.
7. Select I am a returning customer my login details are in the Login section and enter the login credentials as received in the mail/SMS. The detailed procedure to login using this option is explained in Registered User Login.
Upon logging in successfully, Change Password screen is displayed.
Note: It is mandatory for the user to change password and set hint question during the first login.
8. Enter the required information in the corresponding fields. For field description click here.
9. Click Reset to clear the values
Or
Click Back to go back to MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen.
Or
Click Submit to go change the password and set the hint question.
A confirmation message is displayed upon successfully changing the password and setting the hint question.
10. Click on Here to go back to the MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen.
11. Select I am a returning customer my login details are and enter the new credentials and click Login to log in to the application. The detailed procedure to login using this option is explained in Registered User Login.
