My Account Information

My Account Information module displays information related to the subscriber account.

To view My Account Information:

1.      Log into the Selfcare Portal.

2.      On the Home screen, click MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

The My Account Information submenu is displayed.

Using this module, users can view or update the following:

–        Personal and service information

–        Account Balance (For Prepaid)

–        Account Balance (For Postpaid

–        Change Password

–        View Bill

–        Update Personal Information
