To log into the application:
· Enter the SCP URL in the address bar of a compatible browser, and press Enter.
The URL is http://<<Application Server IP Address>>:<<Server Port Number>>. For example: http://10.156.209.55:9001/selfcare/portletmanager/selfcare/login.
The Welcome Screen appears.
In the Login section (numbered as 5 in MTN Zambia Selfcare Welcome screen) there are two options:
– I am a new customer (for new users)
– I am a returning customer my login details are (for existing users)
