Log New Case

Users can create a new ticket to report any incident or raise a query using this option.

To report an incident or raise a query:

1.      Click Log New Case in Trouble Ticket section. Log New Case screen is displayed.

2.      Enter the required information in the corresponding fields. For field description click here.

3.      Click Register to submit the query or complaint.

4.      A confirmation message is displayed on creating the ticket successfully.
