Load Airtime

The Load Airtime screen enables the subscriber to load airtime to self or other number.

Note:     This module is available only for Prepaid users.

To load airtime:

1.      On the home screen, click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > Load Airtime.

2.      Enter the required information in the corresponding fields. . Fields marked with ‘*’ are mandatory. For field description click here.

3.      To load airtime, click Submit.

An error message is displayed if the airtime is not loaded successfully.

Or

The confirmation screen is displayed if the airtime is successfully loaded.
