Selfcare Portal (henceforth referred to as SCP) is a web-based application that allows the subscribers to access account information directly and send feedback/complaints to the operator business systems. This helps the operator to respond quickly to subscriber feedback and enhance customer satisfaction. SCP also enables the subscribers to subscribe to any of the services from the comfort of their home.
