Forgot Password

Using Forgot Password link user can reset password if it is lost or forgotten.

To reset the password:

1. Click Forgot Password link in the Login section. The Forgot Password screen is displayed.

2. Enter the required information in the corresponding fields. For field description click here.

3. To reset the information entered, click Reset.

To go back to the Welcome screen, click Back.

To continue with the Forgot password request, click Submit.

An error message appears if the Forgot password request is not accepted.

The confirmation screen is displayed if the Forgot password request is accepted.

4. Click Back to go back to the welcome screen.

Field	Description
Phone number	Enter the subscribers phone number.
Hint question	Select a hint question in the drop-down list.
Answer	Enter the answer to the hint question selected.
Please enter security code	Enter the security code displayed in the image above the field. Note: Security code is case sensitive.
