Customer Hierarchy

This module displays the customer information in a hierarchical manner.

To view the hierarchy of the customer profile:

1.      On the home screen, click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > Customer Hierarchy. Customer Hierarchy screen is displayed.

The screen displays the hierarchy of the subscriber profile in the Family tree section and the profile information in the View Profile section.

The subscriber profile information is displayed by default.

2.      To expand the tree click .

Click on the second node () to view the information on the Invoice level.

Click on the third node () to view information on service level.

Note:      indicates profile level of the subscriber profile.

Note:      indicates invoice level of the subscriber profile.

Note:      indicates service account level of the subscriber profile.
