Billing Address Change

This module enables the user to change the billing address.

Note:     Note: This module is enabled only for Postpaid users.

To change the billing address:

1.      On the home screen, click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > Billing Address Change. Billing Address change screen is displayed.

The fields displayed in the screen cannot be edited.

2.      To edit the fields, click Edit.

Billing Address Change screen is displayed in editable mode.

3.      Modify the address as required.

4.      Click Reset to clear the fields.

Or

Click Back to go back to the home screen.

Or

Click Update to save the modifications.

A confirmation message is displayed on updating the address successfully.
