Activate or De-Activate Services

The Activate/De-Activate Other Services screen allows the subscriber to add or delete available Value Added Service in their account.

To activate or de-activate the Value Added Services:

1.      On the home screen, click ACTIVATE AND DE-ACTIVATE SERVICES > Activate And De-Activate Services. The Activate/De-Activate Other Services screen is displayed.

2.      To deactivate a VAS, select the VAS and click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed.

3.      To activate Start of call notification (SOCN) status, click Activate.

Or

To view the SOCN history details, click History.

SOCN History panel is displayed at the bottom.

To view the history:

a)     Click the calendar icon and select from date.

b)     Click the calendar icon and select to date.

c)      Click Search to display SOCN history.

4.      To activate any available VAS, click Activate button corresponding to the VAS. A confirmation message is displayed.

5.      To view the list of chargeable offers, click Activate Services.

6.      Select the VAS to view the charge details.

7.      Check the box in Auto Renewal column if you want to renew the offer automatically.

8.      Click the button image4.gif to view the list of VAS in the next page.

Or

Click Reset to unselect the VAS.

Or

Click Submit to request the subscription of the VAS.

A confirmation message is displayed.
