Account Balance (For Postpaid

The Account Balance- Postpaid module displays the account balance details of the subscriber.

· On the Home screen, click My Account Information > Account Balance. The Account Balance screen is displayed.

– Balance Details: This section displays the Balance information, Bill information, and a gist of the account details. For information click here.

Field	Description
Balance Information
Billed Balance	Displays the amount billed in the previous bill cycle.
Unbilled Balance	Displays the amount/usage (in the current bill cycle) yet to be billed.
Current Balance	Displays the available balance in the account.
Outstanding Balance	Displays the billed amount yet to be paid.
Total advance paid	Displays the amount paid in advance.
Total deposits	Displays the total amount deposited by the subscriber in the account.
Date and time of the balance	Displays the date and time of the alance displayed.
Credit limit	Displays the credit limit of the subscriber.
Bill Information
Bill cycle description	Displays the description of the bill cycle.
Bill delivery mode	Displays the mode of bill delivery.
Bill email id	Displays the email id the bill is to be delivered.
Unbilled usage amount	Displays the amount/usage of the current bill cycle.
Unbilled Rental	Displays the rental to be billed.
Total unbilled amount	Displays the total amount unbilled till date.
Account description	Displays the description of the account.
Balance	Displays the available balance in the account.
Expiry date	Displays the expiry date of the account.
