This section enables the user to interact with the customer care executive in different ways. The user can connect to a customer care executive using the following options: · Web Chat: The user can use this option to chat with customer care executive. · MTN Kitwe Office: The user can connect to a customer care executive by phone, dialling the number provided tin the section MTN Kitwe Office. · Email: The user can connect to a customer care executive via email. The email id is provided in this section. |

This section allows the user to log in to the application using their credentils. For details see 3.3 Logging In. This section also enables the user to reset the password using the Forgot Password link. For details see 3.4 Forgot Password.
